Joan Burkett, CIC - Owner
Since 1983, Joan has been helping her clients to understand what insurance they need and what is covered. Joan has had her Certified Insurance Counselor designation since 1989. As a Denver native, she attended each of the Denver Christian Schools and is an alumni of Colorado State University. The experience she has gained in the business world uniquely qualifies her to assist her clients with their insurance needs. Joan is usually at her desk, but can also be found traveling to Haiti 2 times a year to come along side of the people of the Light & Peace Mission, Bon Repos, Haiti.

Jeremy Burkett - Owner
Jeremy Burkett has been providing insurance services in the Denver Metro and surrounding areas since 1997. He joined Joan, his Mother, after a short stint in the NFL where he played for the NY Football Giants, Denver Broncos, and the Barcelona Dragons. Jeremy is a lifelong outdoor adventurer. He is a Native of Colorado and a Colorado State University Alumni. Jeremy's expertise is in personal lines and small commercial lines. He is continually broadening his insurance knowledge base. His goal is to assist you and or your business to purchase the BEST coverage at the BEST price.

Erica Diana - Producer / CSR
Erica Diana has lived in Colorado since 2001. Since moving from Topeka, KS, she has worked in the sales/account management capacity for the financial services, the insurance, and even the trash industry. She loves taking care of customers! She feels very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to continue her career in the insurance industry with Insurance Town & Country. Erica is married and has two beautiful girls. When not working, Erica's family loves spending time outside - especially camping!

Becky Yount - Customer Service
Becky has lived and worked in the Castle Rock, Colorado area since 1975. She has worked as a Customer Service Representative for Insurance Town and Country since 2005. Prior, she worked in Banking and for a Manufacturing Company. Becky graduated from Cambridge Central High School in Cambridge New York "1974". She is married and has 3 wonderful sons, 2 dogs, and a cat. She enjoys cooking, gardening and walking the dogs.
